Isaiah 54-13?
13 And all thy children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of thy children. 14 In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee.
Heavenly Father is considered to be the source of wisdom and guidance, and is active in the world and in people’s lives.
What does Our Heavenly Father do in heaven?
- Creates
Our Heavenly Father created all things, visible and invisible, in love and wisdom. This includes the sun, moon, stars, and the world. - Guides
Our Heavenly Father provides guidance through His holy Word and His indwelling Spir - Loves
Our Heavenly Father is a loving and caring God who created man for his own sake - Provides
Our Heavenly Father provides direction and eternal life through Jesus Christ.
How are we connected to Our Heavenly Father?
- We are connected to Our Heavenly Father through Jesus Christ.
- We are invited by Jesus to call upon God as “our Father in heaven”.
- We pray the Lord’s Prayer together with Jesus.
- We are adopted into God’s family through Jesus.
They are supposed to reflect the character of God The Father by loving, teaching, correcting, and setting the spiritual tone in their homes. They are responsible for making sure the kids hear about God, read the Bible, pray, give thanks, participate in church life, while sacrificial loving and leading his wife.
Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father, we lift our hearts to You, the one who reigns in perfect glory in heaven. We praise Your holy name and acknowledge Your absolute authority. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, that Your love and justice may be seen in all that we do and in all that happens around us. Guide us to live in accordance with Your perfect plan, and grant us the strength to reflect Your heavenly kingdom here on earth.
Lord Jesus take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit.
