It is a response to who The Heavenly Father is and what He has done, acknowledging His greatness and character, and is intended to bring one closer to Him, according to Desiring Our Heavenly Father. True worship involves loving The Heavenly Father with all your heart, soul, and mind, and offering Him reverence and devotion. Worship also includes serving The Heavenly Father and striving to live according to His commandments. Praying to God the Father is a form of worship, seeking His guidance and support.
Expressing gratitude and adoration for God’s goodness and love is an important aspect of worship.
Worship can be a deeply personal experience, leading to a greater awareness of Our Heavenly Father’s presence presence and a stronger connection with Him.
When we worship, we are also joining in the ongoing worship that occurs in heaven. Jesus Christ’s life and sacrifice were dedicated to glorifying the Father, providing a model for our worship.
