Opening Hymn: We are all God’s children by the Gaither Vocal band:
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh.
We are God′s children. A new life we’re given,
The old forgiven, learning to live like him.
verse
If you see your brother stumble, won′t you pick him back up?
We gotta come together when push comes to shove.
With faith and hope and the greatest is love,
It’s all gonna be all right.
If the children are hungry, won’t you give ′em some bread?
Dinner ain′t over till everyone’s fed.
When we′re climblin’ the mountain, won′t you give me a hand?
It’s all gonna be all right.
chorus
We are God′s children. A new life we’re given
The old forgiven, learning to live like him.
We are God’s children. A new life we′re given
The old forgiven, learning to live like him.
verse
If you hear your sister crying, are you there to lean on?
We′re all just family, and the bloodline is strong.
And because he lives, all fear is gone.
And I believe all fear is gone. Hallelujah!
chorus
We are God’s children. A new life we′re given
The old forgiven, learning to live like him.
We are God’s children. A new life we′re given
The old forgiven, learning to live like him.
verse
We make things harder than they have to be sometimes.
These mountains we are carrying we are meant to climb.
Climb together. Stop! wait a second.wait a second.
I believe it because he said it.becouse he said it,
I know it’s gonna be all right.
Stop! Wait a second!
I believe it because he said it.becouse he said it,
I know it′s gonna be all right.
chorus
We are God’s children. A new life we’re given
The old forgiven, learning to live like him.
We are God′s children. A new life we′re given
The old forgiven, learning to live like him.
We are God’s children. A new life we′re given
The old forgiven, learning to live like him.
We are God’s children. A new life we′re given
The old forgiven, learning to live like him.
Sermon:
This verse Hebrews 12: 1-2 explains how to turn away from an earthly and a sinful life, and living life for Our Heavenly Father. Hebrews 12:1 uses the imagery of a race, with the cloud of witnesses surrounding the believers, much like spectators at a sporting event. There were a lot of things that Our Heavenly Father brought me through as an adult, and is still helping me get through things. It is important to walk with Our Heavenly Father and pray to him and listen to what he has to tell you.
Trials are used to develop patience, endurance, and a steadfast security in God’s grace, moving individuals away from self-sufficiency to reliance on Him. He can use life’s challenges and even our failures to transform them into stepping stones for future success, making beauty out of ashes. Believers are encouraged to trust their Heavenly Father completely, viewing life through the lens of His goodness and favor, like a child trusts a good parent. When challenges arise, turning to God and relying on His loving sacrifice leads to a deeper understanding of His love and His belief in us. The Lord lifts people up and sets them on solid ground,Our Heavenly Father uses miracles to show His supreme power over nature, life, and death, thereby displaying His glory and authority to the world.
Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father, I ask in Jesus’ name that You would show me the GREAT and MIGHTY things that I do not know”.
Our Heavenly Father the glory in any circumstance. Our lord and savior we pray. Please
forgive me of my sins against you, please come into my heart. By the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for Saving me.
