Raynette K. Weiss and Associate Pastor Jessie K. Weiss. We are two of Our Heavenly Father’s vessels. The best time to spend with Our Heavenly Father.  Thursday April 24, 2025.

James 4:8. Come near to God and he will come near to you. · 2) Jeremiah 29:13. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

2 Corinthians 3V18, “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.” It’s when we choose to spend time in God’s presence that we are made more like Him.

Lesson:

Our Heavenly Father always wants to spend a lot of time with his children. One of the best times to really get his attention is very early in the morning before the sun is even up. It is the most quiet time of the day. No one is up yet getting ready for work or school and there is not much outside noise to cause interference. In the evening before people go to sleep can be a very quiet time as well. Jesus would wake up early in the morning, well before the sun rose to spend time with His Heavenly Father. The whole point of Him doing this was to be sure that He would be alone so He could spend time with God. Daily prayer, bible readings and other means of communication such as having a conversation involving asking questions about what Our Heavenly Father would want you to do throughout the whole day, or how to handle tasks at work or the order they should be done.

Worship and Music; Listen to worship music: Add worship music into your schedule, whether while getting ready in the morning, commuting, or relaxing Sing along and reflect: Pay attention to the lyrics and allow the music to draw you closer to Our Heavenly Father. Engage in praise and adoration: Express your gratitude and admiration for Our Heavenly Father through singing and music.  Reflection and Journaling: Keep a journal:
