Opening Hymn; I love to tell the story by Abriella HankyI love to tell the story of unseen things above,Of Jesus and His glory, of Jesus and His love;I love to tell the story, because I know ’tis true,It satisfies my longings as nothing else would do.Refrain:I love to tell the story,’Twill be my theme in glory,To tell the old, old storyOf Jesus and His love.I love to tell the story, more wonderful it seemsThan all the golden fancies of all our golden dreams;I love to tell the story, it did so much for me,And that is just the reason I tell it now to thee.I love to tell the story, ’tis pleasant to repeat,What seems each time I tell it more wonderfully sweet;I love to tell the story, for some have never heardThe message of salvation from God’s own holy Word.I love to tell the story, for those who know it bestSeem hungering and thirsting to hear it like the rest; And when in scenes of glory I sing the new, new song,’Twill be the old, old story that I have loved so long.
Opening Prayer: Heavenly Father, we pray that these words are pleasing to your ears and eyes. We pray that Jesus and the holy spirit will help the people understand the words. We ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Sermon:
Paul was working with the church in Rome. He mentioned about being called by Jesus to be an apostle. He mentioned how happy he was with the Romans for thier faithfulness. Jesus was sent from heaven to give the people salvation.
It is very important not to do things against God and the law. Should this happen. Repent of this mistake. To escape a bad judgement always be good and righteous in your actions. If people judge each other they are really doing it to themselves.
God’s promise to the people was to always be fair and just with his judgement no matter what. Paul said in his speech to the Romans also that god is always going to speak truth even if man lies. He will never be unfaithful. Abraham was an earth father created in the image of God. He did not always believe in him however. Abraham would boast about things and would be righteous about it. He always gave credit to God where it was due. This was according to Paul.
Addresses the misunderstanding that existed in the early church in Rome regarding sin, the law, salvation, and how all came into being. Many agree and believe that God forgave sin when Christ died on the cross. Sin is in the nature of the human race, but if you get born again it needs to be refrained from. This was a statement given by the Apostle Paul in the book of Romans.
Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father, we pray that all who read this page get a deeper understanding about you and your son Jesus Christ. We also pray that they start to get peace and joy in their own lives because of you. That they also start following the bible and your laws and live by them. Those who have fallen off we pray that they will repent and get back on track. We ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Closing Hymn: Take my life and let it be by Religious music:
Take my life, and let it be consecrated, Lord, to Thee.
Take my moments and my days; let them flow in ceaseless praise.
Take my hands, and let them move at the impulse of Thy love.
Take my feet, and let them be swift and beautiful for Thee.
Take my voice, and let me sing always, only, for my King.
Take my lips, and let them be filled with messages from Thee.
Take my silver and my gold; not a mite would I withhold.
Take my intellect, and use every power as Thou shalt choose.
Take my will, and make it Thine; it shall be no longer mine.
Take my heart, it is Thine own; it shall be Thy royal throne.
Take my love, my Lord, I pour at Thy feet it’s treasure store.
Take myself, and I will be ever, only, all for Thee. Benediction: Go in peace, and take all the knowledge of the last weeks. Start talking to friends and colleagues and family about how to have joy and peace. Remember to lift up all of your problems to Jesus.
Announcement: Most of the people that we have been praying for are now well and healthy again.
