Opening Hymn: It’s time to praise the lord by John P. Kee;
Verse 1
It’s time to praise the Lord,
oh, it’s time to praise the Lord.
Oh don’t you wait, it might be too late;
it’s time to praise the Lord.
Verse 2
It’s time to magnify Him,
oh, it’s time to magnify Him.
Oh, don’t you wait, it might be too late;
it’s time to praise the Lord.
Oh, just can’t stop praising Him,
just can’t stop praising Him,
just can stop praising the Lord.
Opening Prayer;
Heavenly Father ruler of all things, we pray today that we keep your commandments. We want to be more righteous, more loving, and more forgiving. We love you and know that you love us. Be with us, correct us, and lead us to do your will. We ask for forgiveness today in the name of Jesus, Amen.
Our Heavenly Father sets out instructions about allowing the land to rest every seventh year. He also offers guidelines for the Year of Jubilee, being fair to neighbors, and laws concerning property. The do-nots, which starts with no idols or graven images. Israel is to keep Our Heavenly Father’s sabbaths, respect his sanctuary, walk in his statutes, and keep and do his commandments. Let us have joy and peace in this country, and strive for it. Our Heavenly Father does not like a lot of things being a mess. He does not like corruption, stealing, nor does he like killing, especially that. He does not like anything not like him, and does not like things destroyed on earth. He wishes for peace and joy down here on earth and people to get along.He left us this world for us to be stewards of it. He still owns it, therefore we should be taking care of it and not destroying it as we are. Anything not of Our Heavenly Father is the adversary. He might allow pain or something to get someone’s attention, but anything not like him is the adversary. Another example of this would be making records that are false of someone doing something that they did not do. That is also not of Our Heavenly Father, that is of the adversary. And here are a few things that would be sanctifying to the Lord; anyone that sets themselves free from earthly things as much as possible, Our Heavenly Father loves that. But they still have to follow the rules on earth, unless they are against Our Heavenly Father. Our Heavenly Father’s commands to Moses, his choosing of helpers, the census of Israel’s soldiers and the special assignment bestowed on the tribe of Levi.
The Lord gave Aaron and Moses instructions on how the Israelites were to set up camp around the Meeting Tent. They were to keep a specific distance from it. Each camp was to display family banners and set up accordingly to their standards.
1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. And his commandments are not burdensome.
Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
Exodus 20:13 “You shall not murder.
Romans 11:26 and in this way all Israel will be saved. As it is written: “The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob.
1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.
Closing Hymn; Joy to the world by Canterbury Organ christmas classics.
[Verse 1]
Joy to the world, the Lord has come
Let earth receive her King
Let every heart prepare Him room
And heaven and nature sing, and heaven and nature sing
And heaven, and heaven and nature sing
[Verse 2]
Joy to the earth, the Savior reigns
Let men their songs employ
While fields and floods, rocks, hills, and plains
Repeat the sounding joy, repeat the sounding joy
Repeat, repeat the sounding joy
[Verse 3]
No more let sins and sorrows grow
Nor thorns infest the ground
He comes to make His blessings flow
Far as the curse is found, far as the curse is found
Far as, far as the curse is found
[Verse 4]
He rules the world with truth and grace
And makes the nations prove
The glories of His righteousness
And wonders of His love, and wonders of His love
And wonders, wonders of His love.
Closing Prayer; Heavenly Father, distractions seem to be everywhere this day and age. We cannot focus, even to pray. We feel as though We are being pulled in a million directions at once. We cannot take the time to even spend with our family. Lord, remove these distractions from our life. Help us to focus and to get things done, that we may be able to serve You better. We pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Benediction; Go in peace and let all your family, friends, and colleagues know what you learned this past week. Remember, key points of the sermon, and speak to your family and friends about it. Always talk to your Heavenly Father and Jesus about it. Let them guide you through anything, always, and you will have a better life if you do this.
For those who wish to become a child of Our Heavenly Father or wish to be stronger in his eyes, please say the following prayer below.
“Dear Heavenly Father, I know I’m a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe that He died for my sin and that you raised Him to life. I want to trust Him as my Savior and follow Him as Lord, from this day forward. Guide my life and help me to do your will. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.”
