Opening Hymn; I need you Lord by Matt Maher
Lord, I come, I confess
Bowing here I find my rest
Without You I fall apart
You’re the One that guides my heart
Lord, I need You, oh, I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
Where sin runs deep Your grace is more
Where grace is found is where You are
Where You are, Lord, I am free
Holiness is Christ in me
Lord, I need You, oh, I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
So teach my song to rise to You
When temptation comes my way
When I cannot stand I’ll fall on You
Jesus, You’re my hope and stay
Lord, I need You, oh, I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
You’re my one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You.

Opening Prayer; Dear Lord Jesus, we love and worship You for all that You have done for us, and Lord we long to worship You in spirit and in truth, just as You told the woman at the well.

Thank You for making us in Your own image, and for all the many blessings and benefits that You have given us. Lord, we want to surrender to You completely. To present ourself as a living sacrifice before You each day. To take up our cross daily and present ourselves to You as our spiritual act of worship, for You alone are worthy, You alone are the Lord.
Open our eyes to see You more. Open our ears to hear Your still small voice, and open our hearts to worship You more and more so that we may grow in grace and in a knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, in Whose name we pray, Amen.

Just a reminder we are studying all 5 books of the Torah, and we are on book 3 which is Leviticus, and it is all important information for all christians to know, and some of it is outdated but we have to teach it because it was the Torah. This is also the old covenant, not the new.

Today we want to talk about Leviticus chapters 19 to 24, which is what you studied this week, for those who read the lessons, but this information is very important for all of us to learn.
Sermon:
Some of the commandments that Our Heavenly Father’s people were required to follow. People of Israel should be holy in all things because Our Heavenly Father is holy. Begins with a death warning or promise to anyone who gives their child to be sacrificed to Molech or any god. Such person would be stoned by the congregation! And if you witnessed it, you had to tattletale or snitch. About what the priest can and cannot do when it comes to regular life and corrupting themselves. For instance, the chapter begins with Our Heavenly Father commanding that priests should not corrupt themselves for the dead.(defile)
God spoke to the sons of Aaron regarding their reverence to the Heavenly Father. They needed to make a clear separation between Our Heavenly Father’s things and of the children of Israel. Our Heavenly Father also reminded them that He is Holy and they should not profane His Holy name among the children of Israel. Including the feasts of Our Heavenly Father, the Sabbath, Passover and the offering of first fruits. It goes on to discuss other feasts and the making of amends with atonement. Provided some laws for the priests and children of Israel to uphold. The chapter also told of a situation regarding a man who blasphemed Our Heavenly Father’s name. Let’s begin with Our Heavenly Father as he commanded the children of Israel to bring pure olive oil beaten.

We have two books left of the Torah that we have not done yet. They are Numbers and Deuteronomy. After we are done with those, we will pick and chose what to teach you from the old covenant; because a lot of it is obsolete, and was replaced by the new covenant, which is the new testament. For those who are just learning the bible, the old covenant was before Jesus came, and the new covenant was after Jesus came. The Torah was the only bible there was until the deciples added to it. This is why it is so important for us to learn about the Torah.

Closing Hymn; I believe in Jesus by Marc Nelson;
I believe in Jesus
I believe He is the Son of God (Son of God)
I believe He died and rose again Rose A-gain)
I believe He paid for us all

And I believe He is here now
Standing in our midst (Standing in our midst)
Here with the power to heal now (With the Power to heal)
And the grace to forgive
I believe in You Lord
I believe You are the Son of God (Son of God)
I believe You died and rose again(Rose A-gain)
I believe You paid for us all.
And I believe You are here now (I believe You are here)
Standing in our midst (Standing in our midst)
Here with the power to heal now (With the Power to heal)
And the grace to forgive.

Closing Prayer; Heavenly Father we thank you for this study of the Torah, and we pray that the people that are reading this will get a better understanding of what it was like back then. We pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Benediction; Now, go in peace and joy, and pass the word onto your friends, family, and whoever you feel comfortable doing it. See you next week, remember the bible study each day Monday through Saturday. If you have not read it yet, please go back and read it. You will benefit for Our Heavenly Father’s glory.

For those who wish to become a child of Our Heavenly Father or wish to be stronger in his eyes, please say the following prayer below.

Dear Heavenly Father, I know I’m a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe that He died for my sin and that you raised Him to life. I want to trust Him as my Savior and follow Him as Lord, from this day forward. Guide my life and help me to do your will. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.”
