This lesson is about Holy Thursday, and the four things to remember about it. Some of which you might want to do with you family and some not.
On Holy Thursday, we are invited to remember and celebrate four events: the Last Supper, the Washing of the Apostle’s Feet by Jesus, Christ’s agony and prayer in Gethsemane, and the arrest of Jesus.. In Jesus’ time, the Hebrew Pasch (Passover) was celebrated at home, in the family.
Jude 1:20
But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,
1 John 2:20
But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things.
1 Timothy 2:8
I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
Hebrews 10:15
Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,
Closing Prayer; Heavenly Father we pray that the people that normally read your word through us takes the time on this busy Holiday to read your word. We pray that they take the time to read it. We praise what you did 2022 years ago on the cross for us, and we thank you. We ask that you help get as many people saved through our ministry for you and your glory. We ask this in the name of Jesus.
For those who wish to become a child of Our Heavenly Father or wish to be stronger in his eyes, please say the following prayer below.
Dear Heavenly Father, I know I’m a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe that He died for my sin and that you raised Him to life. I want to trust Him as my Savior and follow Him as Lord, from this day forward. Guide my life and help me to do your will. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.”
