Raynette K. Weiss Ministries run by Our Heavenly Father and on earth by Rev. Raynette K. Weiss and Associate Pastor Jessie K. Weiss. re two of Our Heavenly Father’s vessels. The meaning of John 3:5. Friday June 27, 2025.

John 3:5 Jesus answered, ‘Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.’

This verse is part of Jesus’ conversation with Nicodemus, a Jewish leader, where Jesus explains the necessity of being “born again” to enter the kingdom of Our Heavenly Father.

The phrase “born of water and the Spirit” is interpreted in various ways, but generally refers to a spiritual rebirth or new life in Christ.
This is often understood as a reference to baptism, symbolizing purification and repentance. Some also interpret it as a reference to natural birth, with the “water” referring to the amniotic fluid. This is the realm or domain where God reigns, often understood as both a present reality and a future hope.

Closing Prayer:”Heavenly Father, I come before you today, acknowledging the truth of your word in John 3:5. I recognize that I need to be born of water and the Spirit to enter your kingdom. I thank you for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, who cleanses me from sin and offers me new life. I pray for a spiritual rebirth, that your Holy Spirit would fill me and transform me from the inside out. Help me to turn away from my old ways and walk in your righteousness, guided by your Spirit. I ask for your grace and mercy, and for the gift of eternal life through your Son. In Jesus’ name

Our lord and savior we pray. Please forgive me of my sins against you, please come into my heart. By the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for Saving me.
