- “But there are rules to follow. Help us build a fair tomorrow.”
- “There are laws to obey. To protect our freedom everyday.”
- “We can help each other. Let′s value one another.”
- “No matter who you are. You have human rights!”
- “It doesn\’t matter if you are a boy or a girl. It makes no difference the colour of your skin.
- “If you are old or young or in between. We′re all equal all over the world.”
- “Free to be. Free to live. Free to pray. Free to believe.”
Sermon:
The bible is considered the foundational text for both Judaism and Christianity, offering guidance on living a life pleasing to God, revealing His character, and outlining His plan for humanity. The word of Our Heavenly Father is a source of wisdom and direction for Christians, offering principles and examples for navigating life’s challenges and decisions.
This is the realm or domain where God reigns, often understood as both a present reality and a future hope.
Within a Christian framework, “breaking a stronghold of witchcraft” generally refers to seeking liberation from spiritual bondage or negative influences believed to be caused by witchcraft or other forms of spiritual opposition. The Bible emphasizes God’s justice, asserting that he will ultimately right every wrong. Responding to violations involves working towards repairing broken relationships and mending the world.
Based on Christian teachings, taking the Bible out of context is viewed as a serious issue and is considered wrong, even a form of “twisting” or distorting Our Heavenly Father’s message. It is important to read the whole bible book each chapter not just a verse. An example of out of context would be using that the Bible would permit you to take another life. Our Heavenly Father commanded Thou shall not kill. That means do not do the act. Another word is do not murder for any reason.
Closing Hymn: Praise the lord by Judi Lyne Borneman:
Don’t you know it’s time to praise the Lord
In the sanctuary of His Holy Spirit?
So set your mind on Him
And let your praise begin
And the glory of the Lord will fill this place
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
He lives within the praises of His people
He loves to hear us all upon His name
So set your mind on Him
And let your praise begin
And the glory of the Lord will fill this place
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
Don’t you know it’s time to praise the Lord?
In the sanctuary of His Holy Spirit
So set your mind on Him
And let your praise begin
And the glory of the Lord will fill this place
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
Praise the Lord (praise the Lord)
Closing Prayer:”Heavenly Father, I come before you today, acknowledging the truth of your word in John 3:5. I recognize that I need to be born of water and the Spirit to enter your kingdom. I thank you for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, who cleanses me from sin and offers me new life. I pray for a spiritual rebirth, that your Holy Spirit would fill me and transform me from the inside out. Help me to turn away from my old ways and walk in your righteousness, guided by your Spirit. I ask for your grace and mercy, and for the gift of eternal life through your Son. In Jesus’ name
