Opening Hymn: Heaven by BeBe and CeCe Winnans:
Now that it’s over
There’s no more use for guns and war
Cost me a lifetime
Just to gain this life’s reward
They say streets of gold
Can you imagine somewhere
Where life will never end
No one ever grows old
Oh, my brother please
Come with me
It’s what I live for
A place where love will never cease
Willing to die for
Heaven is where I want to be
There are instructions
We must follow to a tee
In order to reach there
And there is where I’ve got to be
They say streets of gold
(Can you imagine?)
Can you imagine somewhere
Where life will never end?
No one ever grows old
Oh, my brother please come with me
It’s what I live for
A place where love will never cease
Willing to die for
Heaven is where I want to be
It’s what I live for
A place where love will never cease
Willing to die for
Heaven is where I want to be
No more nights
There is a place
Where there’ll be no more crying
And He is the light
Counting the days
When we meet in that place
(Willing to die for)
Think heaven
(Willing-, willing to die for)
It’s what I (It’s what I live for)
What I live, what I live, oh, every day of my life
Willing to die for
(Said Heaven is where, Heaven is where I wanna be at someday)
It’s what I live for
Don’t you wanna go? (Yes, I wanna go)
(Do you wanna go?) (I wanna go)
Willing to die for, oh
It’s what I live for
(Say Heaven, say Heaven, say Heaven)
Willing to die for
(Oh, where I can lay my life down and die for)
It’s what I live for
(I believe in Heaven, no more crying)
Willing to die for (that’s what they told me)
(And I believe)
It’s what I live for
(Oh, yeah)
Willing to die for
(Willing to die)
One: unity, divinity, and the beginning. This number signifies the oneness of God, a foundational tenet in monotheistic faiths like Judaism and Christianity.
Jesus specifically chose seventy-two disciples (or seventy in some manuscripts). He sent them out in pairs, meaning two by two, as advance missionaries. Jesus’ response is a direct and emphatic declaration that the Temple, despite its impressive size and structure, would be utterly destroyed. The Woman Caught in Adultery: The scribes and Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in the act of adultery before Jesus. The Test: They presented her to Jesus, challenging him with the Mosaic Law’s requirement to stone adulterers, attempting to trap him. The book of Jude, a short but powerful New Testament letter, serves as a warning against false teachers and encourages believers to “contend earnestly for the faith”. It emphasizes the importance of remaining steadfast in sound doctrine and resisting those who distort the Christian message.
Closing Hymn: Everything’s gonna be alright by Al Green:
Don’t let this world mislead you
Don’t you ever go astray
Trust in God’s word and believe it ’cause it will never pass away
We’ll see Him in his glory riding on the clouds of joy
Greeting us with open arms and peace forever more
I know that everything is gonna be alright
He’s coming back
Like he said he would
Yeah yeah, it’s gonna be alright
He’s coming back
For the true and good
Now when the sky is darkened
There won’t be no moon light
We’ll know the time has finally come
And He’ll change the wrong to right
So if you’re always searching
Trying to find the bottom line
Just give your love and life to God
He’ll give you a peace of mind
I know that everything is gonna be alright
He’s coming back
Like he said he would
Yeah, yeah, it’s gonna be alright
He’s coming back
For the true and good
Yeah, gonna be alright
He’s coming back
Just like he said he would
Yeah, yeah, it’s gonna be alright
He’s coming back
For the true and good
I wanna be ready (got to be ready)
Got to be ready (got to be ready)
I wanna be ready (got to get ready)
Got to be ready (we all got to be ready)
Ready for the peace, love and happiness
He’s coming back
Like he said he would
Get ready for peace, love and happiness
He’s coming back
For the true and good
We know He’s the beginning, and we know He is the end
And there’s no one better if you really need a friend
So don’t you ever worry
‘Cause He gave the guarantee
That He’ll return to take us home and fulfill the prophecy
I know everything is gonna be all right
He’s coming back
Like he said he would
Get ready for peace, love and happiness (I know)
He’s coming back
Just like he said he would (oh, yeah)
Peace, love and happiness
He’s coming back
For the true and good
Everything is gonna be alright
He’s coming back
Like he said he would
Yeah, yeah, it’s gonna be alright
He’s coming back
For the true and good.
Closing Prayer:
Heavenly Father, May it never be that your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ who is seated on heaven’s throne, should look down upon me, teaching from my professor’s.
Our lord and savior we pray. Please forgive me of my sins against you, please come into my heart. By the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for Saving me.
