Psalm 144:15 Happy are the people whose God is the Lord”
Romans 15:13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.

Our Heavenly Father wants his children to be happy and enjoy thier lives. But how do you find true happiness in life.
How to find happiness: 6 methods
- Take care of yourself. Chances are that many people depend on you: children, partners, parents, friends, and colleagues. …
- Find hobbies that bring you joy;
- Practice mindfulness. …
- Write your feelings down. …
- Give back to others. …
- Set goals for growth
Take care of yourself:
The best thing you could ever do to care for yourself is to withdraw and spend time with God. We find Jesus doing this repeatedly in scripture for a reason. He was here on a mission, and He knew to accomplish that mission it was important for Him to stay fully connected with the one who sent Him.
Find hobbies that bring you joy; those in poverty or deteriorating health may have very little time or energy to even consider a hobby. So, we should be grateful and generous, treating our hobbies as gifts of grace
Practice mindfulness. Sit still in the presence of God. The best part about Christian mindfulness is that you get an opportunity to hear God’s voice more clearly. …
- Don’t be a perfectionist about mindfulness. …
- Lean into the rhythm of your work. …
Gather information about the topic.
Remember to write your feelings down about how you are doing each day.
Give back to others: The Bible teaches that the liberality of God’s blessings to us is connected to the liberality of our Christian giving. Though it may seem strange, both Jesus and Paul emphasize that there is a relation between our giving to the Lord and the Lord’s giving to us.
Set Goals for growth: these biblical goal setting principles involve seeking God’s guidance, aligning goals with biblical principles, prioritizing spiritual growth, practicing self-discipline and perseverance, and trusting in God’s timing and providence. We hope you understand this lesson and it helps you. This is why we write these lessons so they help you.
Closing Prayer; Heavenly Father we pray that all who read this lesson learn from it. Help us to remember to seek you first when trying to find happiness and joy in our lives. We pray this in the name of Our lord and savior.
