Lesson:
A biblical blessing means to be in favor with, of one mind with, and in tune with the will of Our Heavenly Father. Blessing is not about getting good things or experiencing happiness. It is about aligning oneself with the Great Liberator—Jesus Christ! How do we align or get re-aligned with Our Heavenly Father? We are looking at four ways; Obedience, Prayer, Decrees and Declarations. To “declare” is to state (out loud) a fact; to “decree” is to issue an authoritative command. Like any Father our any father Our Heavenly Father likes to bless us and help us get aligned with him if we allow it. If we walk right with Our Heavenly Father, pray and talk and have a good relationship with him we will experience lots of happiness and peace within. If you stay in the will of Your Heavenly Father great things will happen for you, but if you do not, it may not. Make sure you are in alignment and in the will of your Heavenly Father you will receive his blessing for you, but if not you may not receive it. The will of Our Heavenly Father is whatever He has decreed in His wisdom, knowledge, holiness, and grace. It is also called the plan for our lives. It is important to know this in order to align with him. It is so important to learn how to walk with Our Heavenly Father as we taught before. All this goes together. There are 4 basic wills of Our Heavenly Father.
These four universal wills, your obedience triggers your experience of God’s unique will from John 6:40, 1 Thessalonians 5:18, 1 Peter 2:13-15, and 1 Thessalonians 4:3:• Believe in Jesus Christ • Give Thanks in Everything • Submit in Doing Right •
