The Seven Blessings of Revelation;
A lot of times the book of revelation is misunderstood, this is because many of the facts listed show how it should be explained. This can also cause a message to be not received correctly.
Revelation is a text that has a way of speaking in visions and symbols to readers. It paints a picture of the Roman Empire that is very negative.
Revelation is a letter to many people in Asia that follow Jesus. It gives a strong warning to people that chose to follow something other than Jesus and his plans for thier lives. It gives people a nice future that remain faithful even though they are told not to.
Revelation talks about things that happened in the first century. Many believers were supposed to understand it enjoy it. Some of the book goes over things expected to happen in the near future as well.
People that read revelation and understand it are very blessed to do so. It focusses a lot on the number 7 and what it means to Our Heavenly Father and that there are 7 blessings. The blessings are described through the whole book, and help explain the vision that was given to John and what it meant.
John really enjoys the number 7. There are 7 lamps, seals, and trumpets and 7 judgements. Jesus’s title is used 7 times. (1.1, 1.2, 1.5, 11.15, 12.10, 20.4, 20.6). John announces Messiah’s coming seven times (2:5, 2:16, 3:21, 16:15, 22:6, 22:12, 22:20). There are seven “amens” in the book (1:6, 1:7, 3:14, 5:14, 7:12, 19:4, 22:20),
Jesus title is in the book 14 times and it is multiplied many times to show how long shavot and pentecost is.Many of the people that give that are talked about give in multiples of 18. This is because the life of the people is multiplied by 18.
In other writings 7 is the number of some things but it can be a symbol. An example of this is a question asked by Peter of how many times should I forgive my brother if he sins against me. Jesus said, 7. But the number seven is mainly used as Our Heavenly Father’s number for completion of something.
Revelation 1:1In the beginning God created heaven and earth.
Revelation 1:2Now the earth was a formless void, there was darkness over the deep, with a divine wind sweeping over the waters.

Revelation 20:4Then I saw thrones, where they took their seats, and on them was conferred the power to give judgement. I saw the souls of all who had been beheaded for having witnessed for Jesus and for having preached God’s word, and those who refused to worship the beast or his statue and would not accept the brandmark on their foreheads or hands; they came to life, and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.

Revelation 22:20 The one who attests these things says: I am indeed coming soon. Amen; come, Lord Jesus.
Closing Prayer; Heavenly Father, we pray that you’d help us to listen closely to your word, and follow your word, and to your spirit in us, abiding in us, leading us, guiding us. Please, help us to have a strong faith, especially on days when faith may be hard to come by. In Jesus name. Amen.
Prayer of Salvation to become a child of Our Heavenly Father. Lord Jesus, I confess my sins and ask for your forgiveness. Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
