sermon

Appostle John and Adam both were shown a vision of a doorway that led to the realms in Heaven. Adam was shown an additional vision where a wife was created for him.  Similar visions shown were of different people sitting on thrones around Our Heavenly Father’s throne. Many of these people are working as different servants. The other type of vision which is almost the same as what is in the book of Ezekiel is that the thrones are like thunder and lightening. Another person was also on a throne in a vision given to John. It was a man holding a scroll. It was sealed 7 times.

The text was only really understandable to who was allowed to open the scroll. Ezekiel was shown a scroll too, and it was written on both sides. But it had to be open to be read.

Appostle John felt that he had to weep because it was getting hard to find someone that would be allowed to open the scroll. Heaven felt that many of the high court people had to find the person that would be allowed to access the scroll.

Appostle John drew what the vision of the white horses was like so it could be understood. The horse is a symbol for bing judged and ruled. Our Heavenly Father at one time brought Israel to leave go of any sin that was going on by any other foreign leaders. The red horse that came from the second scroll has to do with a time or war and civil conflict. A black horse came from the 3rd scroll that had a lot of scales on it.

The rider of the black

horse held measuring

scales used for wheat

and barley sales. The four horses and their

riders are very symbolic. They

correlate to the traditional four

divine judgments well-known

to Jewish audiences.

Jacob’s son Reuben is the first of his children and he thinks of Judah as a leader in a big tribe. What also makes Reuben think of the lion of Judah is the stregnth of the leadership. Judah defended Benjamin and took responsibility for what went on. Joseph eventually did try to help save the reputation of Benjamin.Idolatry was causing a lot of confusion within the people in the seven churches. It was always hard on them to be faithful to Our Heavenly Father. The seals have to do with people that lost thier lives for being faithful for justice.

The 144 thousand people in Revelation mentioned are of the seven nations talked about. Dan is

omitted from the list. Typically,

censuses were done to size up the

army, so maybe 144,000 sons of Israel

were numbered for the battle.

When an Israeli leader saw all the millions of people where he could not count them all. The people were described to be the millions that would be worshipping Our Heavenly Father.

Many of the tribes in Israel are a very important part of the story of Our Heavenly Father. None of them are removed. There are many gates in Israel and they are known for a lot of gates. Some are fish gates, water gates, etc. The most famous is the Ephram gate. The bible breaks up the people into two groups, Israel, and the other countries.

Most of the countries are supposed to be blessed by Israel, but do not receive the blessing if they oppose what Our Heavenly Father plans for them. Many nations love Our Heavenly Father and are brought into worshipping him.

The two witnesses are described in miraculous terms similar to Elijah and Moses, but their authority is not unlike what Jesus told his disciples when he said they could “bind” (tie or forbid) or lose (untie or permit), and such judgment will stand on earth and in heaven. Even with remarkable powers given to them by God, they are not immune to suffering or even becoming victims of the beast. Even in their martyrdom, their bodies are dishonored by those to whom they bore their witness.

Good people can suffer horrible harm, but they will eventually be vindicated by their Our Heavenly Father and declared both righteous and victorious.

Closing Hymn: Our prayer to Thee by Joseph Parry;

We pray to thee, our Heav’nly Father. With grateful hearts and fond emotion.

We thank Thee for our great Exemplar – Thy beloved and atoning Son –

Who gave Himself as sacred ransom, That we could live again with Thee!

Our joy is full, our song so gladsome; Renew our faith and hope in Thee

We pray to Thee, our Heav’nly Father, With thankful Hearts and adoration.

We thank Thee for our loving Savior, Who redeemed us from death and sin;

He gave to us His truth to brighten our path, to help us walk His way.

To love and serve, to lift and lighten the lives of all who will obey.

We pray to Thee, our Heav’nly Father with gratitude and deep devotion

For loving faith and endless splendor – Eternal glory – bound as one!

We pray for mercy and forgiveness and hope to know Thy holy will.

We yearn for Thee, we plead in meekness, Thy trust in us may we fulfill.

An additional subject we will add to this is about Hallow’s Eve. It is the Christian side of Halloween. Hallows’ Eve, a holiday observed on October 31, the evening before All Saints’ (or All Hallows’) Day. The celebration marks the day before the Western Christian feast of All Saints and initiates the season of All hallow tide, which lasts three days and concludes with All Souls’ Day.We will have a lesson on Monday about it. It is very important for you to know, but we will talk about it more on Monday. Halloween is actually a holiday for the adversary. But Hallow’s Eve is not, it is the christian side of that. Halloween is the commercial side of All Hallows Eve, but it really for the adversary, not the saints. This holiday should have never been commercialized. This was for the saints, and should not have been commercialized.

Acts 9:13) “And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.”

(Romans 8:27) “Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.”

Revelation 14:12This is why there must be perseverance in the saints who keep the commandments of God and faith in Jesus.

Closing prayer;  Heavenly Father, thank You for caring about our lives. Thank You that we can talk to You about everything. We have lots of concerns so we are bringing each one to You. Thank You for promising to give us Your peace. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Prayer of Salvation to become a child of Our Heavenly Father. Lord Jesus, I confess my sins and ask for your forgiveness. Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
