opening Hymn; A thousand Hallelujahs by Brooke Fraser;

Who else would rocks cry out to worship?

Whose glory taught the stars to shine?

Perhaps creation longs to have the words to sing

But this joy is mine

With a thousand hallelujahs

We magnify Your name

You alone deserve the glory

The honor and the praise

Lord Jesus

This song is forever Yours

A thousand hallelujahs

And a thousand more

Who else would die for our redemption?

Whose resurrection means I’ll rise?

There isn’t time enough to sing of all You’ve done

But I have eternity to try

With a thousand hallelujahs

We magnify Your name

You alone deserve the glory

The honor and the praise

Lord Jesus

This song is forever Yours

A thousand hallelujahs

And a thousand more

Praise to the Lord

To the lamb

To the King of Heaven

Praise for He rose

Now He reigns

We will sing forever

Praise to the Lord

To the lamb

To the King of Heaven

Praise for He rose

Now He reigns

We will sing forever

With a thousand hallelujahs

We magnify Your name

You alone deserve the glory

The honor and the praise

Lord Jesus

This song is forever Yours

A thousand hallelujahs

And a thousand more

Praise to the Lord

To the lamb

To the king of heaven

Praise for He rose

Now He reigns

We will sing forever

With a thousand hallelujahs

We magnify Your name

You alone deserve the glory

The honor and the praise

Lord Jesus

This song is forever Yours

A thousand hallelujahs

And a thousand more

In order to understand any of the bible, it is important to read it. Some Christians do not read the Bible, they only read snippets that are attached to daily devotionals. This will not get you where you want to go. You must begin to read the Bible thoroughly. There are four steps to mastering the Bible, so well that the Bible masters you:

1. Read the Bible
2. Study the Bible
3. Memorize the Bible
4. Meditate on the Bible

The bible is Our Heavenly Father talking to us, and telling us things we need to know.

Tip: Sometimes you need to do a couple of paragraphs of who he is talking to in the bible and what is being talked about. A couple of verses at a time. It is important to know this tip or you might not understand.

You see, it is really important to study your bible or use the bible online, either reading or listening, they have both types. You should stick with the NIV version. It is easier to understand.

For those that do not have a bible, or need one, you may use our site with all the chapters and lesson from the New Testament and some of the old testament.

Here are 8 steps to help with memorizing the bible.

  1. Memorize the Word of God in community.
  2. Memorize along with your family. Memory verses are not just for kids! …
  3. Use note cards. …
  4. Listen to an audio Bible. …
  5. Pray for God to help you. …
  6. Study a passage of Scripture deeply. …
  7. Find resources to help. …
  8. Put Scripture to song.

Teaching the community the bible, you will automatically be able to memorize it. Anyone in the family can join in with studying the bible and it will help with memorizing. All ages can do this. If you wish you can use note cards to get ready to memorize the bible. Make it fun by making a game out of it, such as trivia questions about the scriptures. Listening to an audio bible can help with memorizing the bible too. Say a prayer before reading the bible so Our Heavenly Father can guide you while memorizing it. Keep reviewing the scripture and go into detail in discussing it.

How Do You Meditate on Scripture?

  1. Find a quiet comfortable place. …
  2. Choose a small portion of Scripture. …
  3. Consider diagramming the Bible verse. …
  4. Think about the imagery of the verse. …
  5. Ask what the verse means on a practical level. …
  6. Ask God to give you insight. …
  7. Check out a good commentary.
  8. Make sure you in a relaxed state before you try to do the above steps. It will help.

It is important to always be relaxed before meditating the bible. A tape of relaxing sounds like the sea, or birds, or even a quiet sound of a fan. Most of these sounds will help you get relaxed. Make sure the place you chose is very quiet and peaceful, such as a room with the door closed, or even a yard that is quiet. Always read the bible verses or chapters well before meditating to figure out what Our Heavenly Father is trying to tell you.

Closing Hymn; Heavenly Father we thank thee by The church of Jesus Christ;

When I’m home or far away,

Heav’nly Father, hear me pray.

Keep me safely in thy sight;

Help me choose and do what’s right.

Thanks for home and fam’ly too,

Many things to love and do.

Thou art very good to me.

Heav’nly Father, thanks to thee.

closing Prayer; Heavenly Father Please reveal things to us as we read, and help us to learn and understand so that we can do what you say and obey with all of our hearts. Let your Holy Spirit guide us into the truth, reveal things to us from your Word, and explain spiritual truths to us. Teach us, and help us to increase in learning and obtain guidance. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Prayer of Salvation: Which is how you ask to become a child of Our Heavenly Father. Lord Jesus, I confess my sins and ask for your forgiveness. Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
