Lesson:
In the Bible, the months of the year had a lunar calendar based on the phases of the moon, and religious feasts were tied to the moon’s cycle. Closing Prayer:
Dear Lord, As I embark on this new month, I seek Your protection and provision. You are my refuge and strength, an ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). I ask that You surround me with Your hedge of protection and keep me safe from harm.
Lord Jesus take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In the name of Our lord and savior we pray.
