Lesson:
In the Bible, Monday is called Yom Shení, which is Hebrew for “Second Day”. This is in reference to the Sabbath day being the “Seventh-day” and the tradition of that day being on Saturday.

Some Christians believe that observing the Sabbath starts on Monday morning. This is because God gives us six days to work, and one day for worship.
Monday. This is the day of the Moon, a day for stepping into our true potential, intuition and emotions. It sets the emotional tone for the week ahead. Many dread the day or find it challenging. This is because emotions can be stirred on the day of the Moon - God’s week
Some believe that God has given us a new week to do things for him, and that he has placed us where we are so that we would seek him.
Their expectation was for a conquering king. Little did they expect what began the very next day — Monday. But Jesus knew. Jesus knew he would fulfill every promise, every Old Testament prophecy — and it was coming down to the final week.
According to the Bible, Holy Monday is the day after Jesus was greeted with palm leaves and the day before Judas decided to betray him. For Christians, the holiday is the beginning of the Holy Week preparation, which includes reading the Bible and reflecting on the Scripture.
