Lesson:
This lesson will talk about biblical meditation and what it does for your soul.
Christian meditation is a form of prayer that is focused on quieting the mind in order to focus on Our Heavenly Father. Christian meditation is based on the belief that God is present in all things, and that by quieting the mind, we can more easily hear Our Heavenly Father’s voice.
Meditation is the activity of calling to mind, and thinking over, and dwelling on, and applying to oneself, the various things that one knows about the works and ways and purposes and promises of Our Heavenly Father. It can also make your mind relax, and this will help your body relax, and this will also make it easier to hear the voice of Our Heavenly Father as well. How to Practice Bible Meditation

What is the difference between prayer and meditation in the Bible?
Basically, religious people use prayer to establish a deeper connection with Our Heavenly Father.Meditation, on the other hand, does not involve a connection with a higher power. Rather, the goal is for you to form a connection with yourself.
You set aside all your concerns and to-do’s and just focus on a passage of Scripture, Bible on your lap, eyes closed, no distractions. Whatever time of day, whatever location works best for you, take advantage of it and meet with Our Heavenly Father alone.
Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father give us the discipline to meditate in Your Word, “day and night.” Help us to take Your Word into our minds just as we take food into our bodies. Teach us to hide Your Word in our hearts that we might not sin against You. In the name of Our lord and savior we pray.
Prayer to renew faith when you are already a child of Our Heavenly Father.
Heavenly Father, I’m asking You to give me eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart to receive Your correction and guidance, as I seek a faith revolution in my life—a dramatic turnaround in my thinking, believing, speaking and acting. I ask You to give me the strength to hold strong in the days ahead.
SALVATION PRAYER Helps with becoming a child of Our Heavenly Father, and can also be used for when you sin, and need to clean up a mess.
Lord Jesus; Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
