  • The Lord is far from the wicked, but he hears the prayer of the righteous.”

Lesson:

Our Heavenly Father hears us through prayer, which is a way of communicating directly with him through our thoughts and words, with the understanding that as an all-knowing being, he can hear our prayers regardless of where we are or how we express them, including silent prayers or thoughts in our hearts; this is often described as a personal connection with God where he is always listening and attentive to our needs and desires. Omnipresence:
God is believed to be everywhere at all times, meaning he can hear our prayers no matter where we are.

  • Intention and Faith:
The sincerity and faith behind our prayers are important factors in how God hears us.
  • The Holy Spirit:
Some faiths believe the Holy Spirit acts as a mediator between God and humans, helping us to understand and express our prayers.
  • Personal Relationship:
The idea is that we can approach God as a loving father, sharing our thoughts and concerns openly.

He Hears Us Because We Pray According to His Will. “And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he hears us” (1 John 5:14). What is the will of God? Simply put, it is that which aligns perfectly with His Word, and with His character.Through the scriptures, we are taught that God will always hear our prayers and will answer them if we address Him with faith and real intent. In our hearts we will feel the confirmation that He does hear us, a feeling of peace and calm. We can also feel that everything will be fine when we follow the Father’s will. God hears your prayers. An ever-present, all-knowing God will hear every word from your mouth, thought in your mind and whisper of your heart. But there are some things that might affect whether He answers. Now, let us get one thing straight before we go on. God loves you.The Bible says if we pray according to God’s will, He hears us, and we can be sure we will receive the things for which we ask. God hears our prayers. God tells us He desires a relationship with us, that He hears us, and that He responds. The testimony of Scripture is that God hears the prayers of His people.

Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father, we come before you today with hearts full of faith, knowing that you always hear our prayers. Just as a loving parent listens intently to their child, we trust that you are fully present, attentive to every word and thought we bring to you. We thank you for your unending love and the assurance that no matter how small or great our needs may be, you are always there to listen and guide us. May our prayers be aligned with your will, and may we feel your peace and comfort as we pour out our hearts to you.

Lord Jesus take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
