Raynette K Weiss Ministries run by Our lord and on earth by Rev. Raynette K. Weiss and Jessie K. Weiss Assistant Minister as the lord’s vessels. Vessels are Our Heavenly Father’s servants. Our Heavenly Father’s promise of peace. Thursday January 9, 2025.

The Bible promises peace from God in several places, including:

  • John 14:27: Jesus says, “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid”.
  • Philippians 4:7: “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and you minds in Christ Jesus”.
  • Isaiah 26:3: “You will keep in perfect peace”.
  • Psalm 85:8: “… He promises peace to his people”.
  • Psalm 29:11: “The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace”.

The Bible also says that Jesus came to earth to reconcile people with God and bring them peace. Jesus’ death on the cross paid the sin debt, restoring the relationship with God

The peace He promised wasn’t the absence of conflict or trouble. Instead, it was the steadfast love and presence of the Father throughout the coming conflict.

In John 14:27 (AMP) Jesus says, “Peace I leave with you; My [perfect] peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. Let My perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge.”

God so passionately loves his people that he makes a covenant of peace with them. The steadfast love of the Lord will not depart from you. This covenant of peace with God will not be removed. The servant would come and bring a covenant that would never be removed.

The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.” Psalm 119:165: “Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.”

You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.

When the Spirit of God moves into your heart and begins to live on the inside of you. God is the one who created this peace and He gives it to us through Jesus, by the Holy Spirit. Jesus purchased our forgiveness, our salvation when He died for us on the cross. He paid the price for our forgiveness, our peace with God.

Closing Prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before you today, humbly acknowledging your promise of peace that surpasses all understanding. As we face the challenges of this world, we cling to your word, knowing that you are the Prince of Peace and that through you, we can find true serenity in our hearts and minds. Fill us with your peace, Lord, and guide us to be instruments of peace in our communities, bringing your love and hope to those who are hurting. We surrender our anxieties and fears to you, trusting in your perfect plan and the peace that only you can provide. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”.

Lord Jesus take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
