Raynette K Weiss Ministries run by Our lord and on earth by Rev. Raynette K. Weiss and Jessie K. Weiss Assistant Minister as the lord’s vessels. Vessels are Our Heavenly Father’s servants. Our Heavenly Father’s promise of Provision. Monday January 13, 2025.

  • Philippians 4:19:
“And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”
  • Matthew 6:25-26:
“Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?”
  • Psalm 23:1:
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
  • Psalm 37:25:
“I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread.”

The “promise of provision” from our Heavenly Father, as described in the Bible, is the assurance that God will meet all of our needs, providing for us in every aspect of life, both physical and spiritual, as long as we trust in Him; this promise is often referenced in verses like Philippians 4:19, where it states “And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”.

Key points about God’s promise of provision:

  • Unconditional love:
God’s provision is based on his love for us, not on our merit or action
  • Meeting our needs, not wants:
While God will provide for our needs, the Bible does not guarantee that we will always have everything we desire
  • Trust and faith:
To experience God’s provision, we need to trust in His plan and have faith that He will provide for
  • Beyond material needs:
Provision extends beyond just physical needs, encompassing emotional, spiritual, and relational support as well.

  • The provisions of God for his people are a common theme throughout scripture.
From land, food, and shelter to a righteous path of salvation, God provides for those who love Him and follow His commandments.

Contracts frequently include an act of God clause, also written as force majeure clause, to allow for non-performance in the event an act of God makes completing the contract impossible.

As they continued throughout the wilderness, God was always faithful! He consistently provided manna, meat, and water until they reached the promised land. God’s provision is always consistent and He never runs out!

We need God’s continuing provision of air, water, earth, sunshine, and the miraculous growth of living things for food for our bodies and minds. On the other hand, acknowledging God’s provision gives us confidence in our work.

Here are ways to help trust the provisions of Our Heavenly Father.

  1. You honor God with the first of all you have. …
  2. You don’t stress about your day-to-day needs. …
  3. You take God at His Word and believe in His promises. …
  4. You expect the best from a God who always comes through.
  5. You help provide for others as God provides for you.

Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father you are the great provider. Thank you for supplying our needs according to your riches and glory. We are so dependent upon you and grateful for your amazing provision in our lives. We thank you in the name of Our lord and savior.

Lord Jesus take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
