Luke 10:19. 19 I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you..
(Romans 13:4) bear the sword in vain. For he is the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God’s wrath on the wrongdoer.
John 14:21 Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.”
Revelation 12:10 And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of his Christ have come, for the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down, who accuses them day and night before our God.
Lesson:
For rulers — or police officers — are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Will thou then not be afraid of the police officer? Do that which is good, and you shall praise of the same. In other words, if you’re doing good, you don’t have anything to be afraid of.
Our Heavenly Father’s use of police officers to represent his angels says several things about him. First, police officers are called by Our Heavenly Father to be his hands extended in the lives of the people in their communities. Second, it is a high calling and a service to Our Heavenly Father’s Kingdom that he finds very precious, and one that he honors. Oh Almighty od, Whose Great Power and Eternal Wisdom Embraces the Universe, Watch Over All Policemen and Law Enforcement Officers. Protect Them from Harm in the Performance of Their Duty to Stop Crime, Robberies, Riots, and Violence.It reads: We, [insert department name], promise that while doing our best to control crime, we will do everything in our power to do no harm to the communities we serve and protect. Peace Officer Promise. A figure known as ha-satan (“the satan”) first appears in the Hebrew Bible as a heavenly prosecutor, subordinate to Yahweh (God), who prosecutes the nation of Judah in the heavenly court and tests the loyalty of Yahweh’s followers. At that point, the priests say “What further need have we of witness? for we ourselves have heard from his own mouth”, and they decide to condemn Jesus. Thereafter, in Pilate’s Court, the Jewish elders ask Pontius Pilate to judge and condemn Jesus, accusing him of claiming to be the King of the Jews. Of course, every court has a prosecutor, one who charges the defendant with a crime. And the word for this is “satan,” the adversary, the enemy; Think of Our Heavenly Father as an advocate, not a prosecutor. In Job 38, Job’s words and actions brought out the prosecutor-side of Our Heavenly Father. God FINALLY speaks to Job after all of his suffering, trials and ultimately, his complaining about the unfairness of Our Heavenly Father. What Job is doing, in a sense, is calling God to court so that He can justify his actions. If anyone does sin, we have an advocate who pleads our case before the Father. He is Jesus Christ, the one who is truly righteous.
Closing Prayer;
Heavenly Father Watch over all policemen and law enforcement officers. Protect them from harm in the performance of their duty to stop crime, robberies, riots, and violence. In the name of Our lord and savior we pray.
Prayer for renewing faith
Heavenly Father, I’m asking You to give me eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart to receive Your correction and guidance, as I seek a faith revolution in my life—a dramatic turnaround in my thinking, believing, speaking and acting. I ask You to give me the strength to hold strong in the days ahead.
Lord Jesus take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
