Some say that the word “may” can mean possibility, opportunity, answered prayers, grace, or yielding. Yielding is when someone submits to God’s purpose, regardless of how convenient it is
The month of May is also symbolized by the birth flowers hawthorn and lily of the valley, and the birthstone emerald. The hawthorn symbolizes hope, while the lily of the valley symbolizes sweetness and the return of happiness. The emerald symbolizes love and success.

Heavenly Father, Today, as I enter the new month of May, I take a moment to thank You for Your endless love and grace that’s been holding me together. In the name of the lord and savior we pray.
