It symbolizes optimism, energy, joy, happiness and friendship. It might also stand for intellect. It is strongly associated with food, often evoking cheerful feelings. Yellow is found to make a person feel spontaneous and happy. A splash of yellow on anything dull or dark can make a person feel cheerful and optimistic. The color yellow can symbolize happiness, positivity, and hope (think sunshine), which helps explain why this emoji, while still used for love, may skew toward feelings of friendship and joy as opposed to the romantic passion of a classic red heart. Different colors evoke different emotions. For instance, blue can create a sense of trust and reliability, while yellow might create a feeling of happiness and optimism. Yellow is a wonderful color that really shows the love of Our Heavenly Father and brings out the love of Jesus his son. Remember, Jesus said I am the light.
