Lesson
So what does biblical freedom mean? The freedom God offers throughout Scripture is freedom from the enslaving power of sin in our lives. True freedom is not a matter of doing what you want without restraint, but cultivating the right wants and living in obedience to Our Heavenly Father’s will. Your Heavenly Father wishes you to have freedom, but he also wants you to listen to him and follow him. He wants to be part of your life, after all, he is your Heavenly Father. He wishes us to do things that glorify him. He wants us to love each other as you would your neighbor. He wants us to be one big happy family, but because of the adversary, we are not. During this fourth of July we want you to think of this. We are supposed to have freedom, peace, and joy, and the only way to get this, is to follow your Heavenly Father. We are free, yes, but because of whatever we decide to do against the Heavenly Father because we are sinners, due to Adam and Eve sinning, therefore we run into bondage, and we are bound by the adversary at times, and until we go to Our Heavenly Father and ask for forgiveness and get us out of bondage, we get into trouble. Some of us that are unbounded, could end up in bondage. If you do not listen to Our Heavenly Father he will allow you to be in bondage. Once you are a child of his, he will allow this, or else it will not happen.”Bondage,” is the power of physical corruption as against the freedom of life (Romans 8:21), the power of fear as over against the confidence of Christian faith (Romans 8:15; Hebrews 2:15), Just remember this holiday, when things go upside down, you need to watch that you do not end up in bondage. During this Holiday week remember all of this, do not fall for things that are not true, make sure something is not made up before you accuse anyone of anything. For anyone in the U.S. Please try not to be so negative this week. This is a week of enjoyment, please use it that way. For anyone else all over the world do the best you can with your laws, and try to be closer to Our Heavenly Father. Happy fourth of July week. Get into your bibles this Holiday week and weekend, do a self examination if you get time. You will be better off then.
Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father We pray all who read this understand it. Help us to focus more on you and your plan for our lives and not to fall into bondage. We pray this in the name of Our lord and savior.
Lord Jesus; Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
