Lesson:
Our Heavenly Father and Nature in Bible verses go hand in hand. So much of his interaction with mankind has been with nature i.e. water, wind, trees, and flowers. The Word of Our Heavenly Father also speaks through animals, birds in the sky, and fish in the water. Consequentially, in His hand is the life of every creature that roams the earth. Nature is very important to Our Heavenly Father because It can help us nurture the fruits of the spirit. The sense of wonder that nature sparks can result in personal dedication to Our Heavenly Father. In other words, when Psalm 19 states that “the heavens declare the glory of God,” it reminds us that the goodness of creation points towards the goodness of the Creator. We’re meant to live a substantial portion of our lives outdoors—and it’s a unique place to experience our Creator and restore our spirits. The Bible says that nature speaks to us of God’s character and His attributes. Spending time in nature gives us a chance to slow down and notice what it’s communicating.Nature reveals to us Our Heavenly Father’s beauty, glory, power, wisdom, presence, creativity, and, most of all, his loving care. This is why we’re drawn to spend time in the beauty of nature and to enjoy animals. Romans 1:20 (NLT): Forever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. He is speaking through his Creation, and he is waiting for you to listen. There are so many things in nature that give us pause and make us say, “Wow!” All of creation points to the Creator.
Closing Prayer; Heavenly Father we thank you for nature and all the creations in the world that you made for us to enjoy. Help us to be more grateful and thankful for them and all that you do for us. In the name of Our lord and savior we pray.
Prayer for salvation; Lord Jesus; Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior.Take
complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
