Raynette K. Weiss Ministries run by Rev. Raynette K. Weiss and Assistant Minister Jessie K. Weiss invite you to service for Sunday April 16, 2023.

Opening Hymn; I’ll walk with God by Mario Lanza;

I’ll walk with god

From this day on

His helping hand I’ll lean upon

This is my prayer my humble plea

May the lord be ever with me

There is no death though eyes grow dim

There is no fear when I’m near to him

I’ll lean on him forever

And he’ll forsake me never

He will not fail me as long as my faith is strong

What ever road I may walk alone

I’ll walk with god

I’ll take his hand

I’ll talk with god he’ll understand

I’ll pray to him

Each day to him

And he’ll hear the words that I say

His hand will guide my throne and rod

And I’ll never walk alone

While I walk with god

This past week you learned about Holy week and what it meant. We hope you got a lot of information and that it helps you in your own lives. There is a lot of good information and we encourage you to look back and see at your leisure.

We will start a preview about next week. It is a series on how Our Heavenly Father wants us to live our lives. It is very unique, so please look at it and enjoy it.

Our Heavenly Father wants us to talk to him, to listen to what he wants to say, or watch for signs of what he is trying to say. In other words he wants us to have our own personal relationship with him.

We will put some bible verses in that talk about this.

Micha 6:8 He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.

Deuteronomy 8:6 Observe the commands of the Lord your God, walking in obedience to him and revering him.

Colossians 1:10-11 1:10 so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God,

1:11 being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience,

Romans 13:13 Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy.

What goes along with walking with Jesus? You need to pray a lot, maybe 10-5 minutes at a time. If you are not sure what to do say, Jesus what do I do about this. He will give you an answer. Jesus loves us and likes to give us his joy and peace. The most important thing, and I have said this before, the most important thing is to get to know your Heavenly Father. If you are not a son or daughter of him, we encourage you to become with a prayer at the bottom of this page. Our Heavenly Father realizes we have to work, but it is important to have spiritual food, and that means getting into his word, and reading the bible. At first he may not talk back to you, but eventually he will answer back, by giving you signs, and guiding you. Let our Heavenly Father guide you, he never meant for us to guide ourselves.  We will get more into this series later, but this is a good intro. We will be talking about different things to help you walk with your Heavenly Father. I just wanted to bring out some of the things we will be talking about.

There are many unique things we will go over and how to handle them. This is just an introduction to what we will be talking about. This will help you in your own lives and have joy and peace in this world.
