Bible verse of the day: Psalm 105:1 Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done.
Sermon: Psalm 19-24
The glory of Our Heavenly Father is shown in many ways through the world he created and spoke into existence. Therefore we cannot see his purpose for our lives until we realize he is our creator and give him the glory and honor for it.
You will also learn this week the importance of trust in our Heavenly Father and not in things of the world or things that have military power or use horses to move. The name we should be proud of is the name of Our Lord.
In the story of King David, he is acknowledging that his joy in the moment of victory comes from the strength of the Lord and in His salvation. Then he celebrates that Our Heavenly Father hears Him, understands His desires, and answers His requests. In a time of being made fun of or any type of problems; always go to Our Heavenly Father for help, and give him your problems. You will then get more peace and joy on earth.
David, a shepherd boy, and later became the Shepherd King of Israel, writes as a sheep would think and feel about his/her shepherd. “The Lord is my Shepherd” A soul that knows and considers its own nature, and that it must live for ever, when it has viewed the earth and the fulness thereof, will sit down unsatisfied; true peace in our souls can only come from Our Heavenly Father and a relationship with him.

Verse 3: You’ve revealed Your will for me so I can serve You for eternity. Use my life in ev’ry way, take hold of it today.
Closing Prayer; Heavenly Father we stand before you as your children, whom you want to protect through the need of our time, through all sin and death. We praise you for giving us so much peace in a world of trouble, and for giving us the assurance of your help. We pray all who read this sermon understand it and learn to give you all glory and honor for all that is accomplished. We ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Prayer of Salvation: Which is how you ask to become a child of Our Heavenly Father. Lord Jesus, I confess my sins and ask for your forgiveness. Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
