Opening Hymn; Glory and praise to Our God; by Dan Shutte

Chorus]

Glory and praise to our God

Who alone gives light to our days

Many are the blessings He bears

To those who trust in His ways

[Verse 1]

We the daughters and sons of Him

Who built the valleys and plains

Praise the wonders our God has done

In every heart that sings

[Chorus]

Glory and praise to our God

Who alone gives light to our days

Many are the blessings He bears

To those who trust in His ways

[Verse 2]

In His wisdom He strengthens us

Like gold that’s tested in fire

Though the power of sin prevails

Our God is there to save

[Chorus]

Glory and praise to our God

Who alone gives light to our days

Many are the blessings He bears

To those who trust in His ways

Bible verse of the day; Romans 14:5 One person considers one day more sacred than another; another considers every day alike. Each of them should be fully convinced in their own mind.

Sermon: Psalms 13 to 18 which you will learn this coming week.

The grace of Our Heavenly Father and his love are the ways he helps us when we are in a time of trouble or need. In every situation Our Heavenly Father hears our cry for help even when others do not. No matter what we are seeing, Our Heavenly Father is also watching. He cares for his people and will bring relief to the people who are poor. You will learn what it means to have your Heavenly Father live inside you and how to walk with him correctly and spend time with him. It answers the question of what makes up a strong faith. God will bring you through life and death to full and everlasting pleasure. All you have to do is trust him as your lord and savior and someone to talk to when you need help. David also asks that, if this, can be described as open, honest communication between himself and Our Heavenly Father.David knew that he stood on solid ground. He declared that God was his fortress, so David knew that he was safe and secure in God’s presence.

Closing Hymn; I will sing the wondrous story by Francis H. Rowley;

1 I will sing the wondrous story

Of the Christ who died for me.

How He left His home in glory

For the cross of Calvary.

I was lost, but Jesus found me,

Found the sheep that went astray,

Threw His loving arms around me,

Drew me back into His way.

2 I was bruised, but Jesus healed me;

Faint was I from many a fall;

Sight was gone, and fears possessed me,

But He freed me from them all.

Days of darkness still come o’er me,

Sorrow’s paths I often tread,

But the Savior still is with me;

By His hand I’m safely led.

3 He will keep me till the river

Rolls its waters at my feet;

Then He’ll bear me safely over,

Where the loved ones I shall meet.

Yes, I’ll sing the wondrous story

Of the Christ who died for me,

Sing it with the saints in glory,

Gathered by the crystal sea.

Closing Prayer; Heavenly Father thank you for David and the stories in the book of psalms.Help us to have a strong faith in you and communicate to you and trust you more in times of need. We pray all who read this sermon learn from it and enjoy it and it brings people closer to you. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

Prayer of Salvation: Which is how you ask to become a child of Our Heavenly Father. Lord Jesus, I confess my sins and ask for your forgiveness. Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
