Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
Today’s sermon will be called the light.
For People that are already christians you should know that Jesus is the light in your life. This means that he has already set within you because he dwells in you, the light of life, so all you would have to do to activate this supernatural power is to have a strong belief in, and an understanding of our Lord Jesus Christ. The verse located in King James is above this sermon. Those who have the light activated within them can always realize how important the light is. The light means that one day when you have finished here on earth, you will have the eternal life of our lord and savior in heaven, unless you really do something morally wrong and do not repent. The meaning of the word repent.(feel or express sincere regret or remorse about one’s wrongdoing or sin.)
As you become stronger in faith no matter where you are within it, things will begin to unlock, such as being able to hear the voice of The Holy Spirit talking to you. If you ask him each thing you wish to do, he will show you or let you know how he wants it done, or if he wants it done. He will keep you out of danger by doing this. Here is a testimony that happened to me with my husband years ago. I went to an adult school. We lived in one state, but went to school in another state next door. Our family actually lived in the state the school was in. One night, trying to catch a bus back home, we were too late and missed it. We saw it pull out of the station there was nothing we could do. That night we had to stay with our family because we missed the bus. A couple of hours later that bus apparently had a disgruntled passenger who got very hostile. The bus driver was able to drive the bus to the nearest police station, went to run into the building, and the guy was dumb enough to follow her into the building not knowing it was a police station. Others were injured that were on the bus. To this day I believe this was God’s way of keeping us away from the danger. God will do this a lot. If it is dark he will make sure there is enough light to see the way to your destination. If you are going through a difficult time within your life and it is really breaking your heart he can be a light of love and assurance that everything will work out. He also will break a light in a way to show there is danger headed your way. You will then begin to get somewhat of an unsettling feeling within your spirit that tells you, “ok, i’m going a different direction.” Also, If you find that you are beginning to get upset or agitated, you can ask Jesus to assist you, and he will send the light of calmness to your soul, sometimes, if he decides to use that method. Again it depends on how deep of a belief you have. Candle light is used a lot around the christmas season to represent the light of Christ. If at times you are in a room that is very dark and you get feelings of uneasiness, anger, etc. It is usually a force that does not like the light, therefore it will go away if you turn on a light while praying to Jesus. There is a big importance in the light of Jesus, these are just some of the things. You would be surprised at how much he is the light for your life. If you move closer and closer to the Lord, the more peace you will have as well. No matter what is happening on earth around you. Let us rejoice that we have Jesus as the light in our lives. Jesus is the light of the world and he controls what goes on in the world with it.

There was the true Light which, coming into the world, enlightens every man. (John 1:9, NASB)
On the other hand, I am writing a new commandment to you, which is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away and the true Light is already shining. (1 John 2:8, NASB)
So Jesus said to them, “For a little while longer the Light is among you. Walk while you have the Light, so that darkness will not overtake you; he who walks in the darkness does not know where he goes. (John 12:35, NASB)
While you have the Light, believe in the Light, so that you may become sons of Light.” These things Jesus spoke, and He went away and hid Himself from them. (John 12:36, NASB)
For God, who said, “Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. (2 Corinthians 4:6, NASB)
Now that you have learned as much as you can at this point about the light within your level of belief. Our ministry prays that you will grow in faith and be able to help one another learn more about your light within each of you and help everyone grow in Jesus Christ. He really desires for everyone to make it to heaven. Our lord really does love and care for us in giving his only son to die for our sins. Remember this when times are hard. For those who are not a child of God yet, please take a special attention to this sermon, and to the salvation prayer at the bottom of this page. I pray that everyone will do this either in renewing thier faith, or becoming a child of The Lord. Amen.

closing prayer: Lord I pray that this big congregation of the world reads this, understands, rejoices in you and begins to understand you more or you become thier savior. Amen.
