We are two of Our Heavenly Father’s vessels. We also obey Our Heavenly Father in what he wants us to do, we have a very good we have a very good and deep walk with him. We would like you to have that as well.Tuesday January 13, 2026.
Faith over works means understanding that salvation and worth come from God’s grace through Christ’s finished work, not your own efforts, but this living faith naturally leads to good works as its natural expression, like fruit from a healthy tree, as seen in Scripture like Ephesians 2:8-10,. To live this out, you focus on God’s truth, pray trusting prayers, serve from a place of rest in Christ’s sufficiency, and see works as a response to grace, not a way to earn approval, recognizing that true faith is holistic, involving your whole being.
The Bible teaches we are saved by God’s grace through faith in Jesus, not by our own good deeds (Ephesians 2:8-9). Christ’s work on the cross is what saves us.Genuine faith isn’t just intellectual; it’s a holistic embrace of truth that transforms you, leading to good works as evidence of that faith (James 2:17-18). Works are the fruit of faith, not the root of salvation. Begin your day with God’s Word, focusing on His promises and truths rather than immediately jumping into a to-do list.Thank Our Heavenly Father for what Christ has already done before asking for strength to obey, acknowledging His sufficient work. Engage in ministry, family, and work as a response to God’s grace and love, not as a quest to earn His approval or justify yourself. When facing challenges, focus on biblical truths and promises to keep your perspective clear and trust-filled.Understand that your good deeds are the visible demonstration that your faith is real, like Abraham leaving his homeland (James 2:18, Hebrews 11:8).Choose to focus on Christ’s finished work as the source of your peace and identity, allowing that truth to guide your actions and responses throughout the day.
Faith leads, and works follow as a natural expression of that empowered belief, demonstrating that your life is lived from a place of security in Christ, not striving for it.
Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank you that Your power, not my striving, works within me. I confess my tendency to rely on my own strength, to feel burdened by the pressure to perform, and to fear failure.
Our lord and savior we pray, please forgive me of my sin
against you, please come into my heart. By the power of the against you, please come into my heart. By the power of the
Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me.
