We are two of Our Heavenly Father’s vessels. We also obey Our Heavenly Father in what he wants us to do, we have a very good and deep walk with him. We would like you to have that as well.
The Holy Spirit is patient with us. Thursday February 12, 2026.
:A “Long suffering” Nature: Our Heavenly Father’s patience is not just slow action, but a deliberate, loving restraint from judgment, seeking to save rather than destroy. The Goal of patience is intentionally designed to lead people to repentance, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to turn to Him.A Fruit of the Spirit: This patience is also imparted to believers through the Holy Spirit, enabling them to endure, show mercy, and grow in character. A Reflection of Love: Our Heavenly Father’s patientpatience is a core aspect of His nature, demoing that He is love and desires for His children to grow in grace.
This patience often works over a long period, allowing for sanctification—the process of being made holy—and helping believers grow in their faith, knowledge, and service.
Our Heavenly Father’s spirit is profoundly patient, rooted in love, and designed to bring us to repentance rather than judgment. This divine patience acts to sanctify us, transforming believers into a reflection of Jesus through a long-term process. It is a gracious, long-suffering character that provides time for salvation, restoration, and spiritual growth.
That is a beautiful and deeply comforting truth. Scriptural and spiritual teachings consistently affirm that our Heavenly Father’s nature is rooted in long suffering and patience as He guides us toward growth.
A Fruit of the Spirit: Patience is not just a requirement for us; it is a Fruit of the Holy Spirit that God possesses perfectly and works to develop within us. The Power of Repentance: His patience is often expressed a “waiting” for us to return to Him. As stated in 2 Peter 3:9, He is patient because He does not want anyone to perish but wants everyone to reach repentance.
