Rev. Raynette K. Weiss and Associate Pastor Jessie K. Weiss. We are two of Our Heavenly Father’s vessels. Revelation 16 and 17. Saturday May 10, 2025.

You must not distort justice; you must not show partiality; and you must not accept bribes, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and subverts the cause of those who are in the right” (Deut. 16:19).

Psalm 16:10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; Neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

1 Corinthians 15:33 in Other Translations

33 Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners. 33 Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.” 33 Don’t be fooled by those who say such things, for “bad company corrupts good character.

Lesson:

Below you will see what the Bible points out about corruption. On the end times there is supposed to be a lot of corruption, and in this world today there is just that. There are many types of corruption. We have political corruption.
Political corruption refers to the misuse of government power for private gain by public officials or their connections. This can take many forms, including bribery, extortion, embezzlement, and the abuse of power for personal or partisan benefit. Essentially, it’s the exploitation of public trust for illicit purposes.

If wisdom grasps the intrinsic order in knowledge, then a scattered, distracted, disorderly mind is evidence of spiritual corruption. A heart that is similarly scattered in its affections, distracted in its deliberations, and disordered in its priorities provides evidence of the same. Corruption is a sin, even though it is in the Bible it is still a sin. There is corruption on earth and spiritual corruption. All types of corruption are all over the place. It is also very important to when you see or experience a form of corruption, get away from it as quick as possible, so it does not influence you to do the acts.  This is not impossible to do. We know someone that has been in DC for over 13 years and did not ever get corrupted.

Revelation Chapters 16 and 17 describe God’s final judgments on the earth, culminating in the fall of Babylon the Great. Chapter 16 details the seven bowl judgments, ending with a cataclysmic earthquake and hailstones. Chapter 17 shifts focus to Babylon, depicted as a prostitute who sits on the beast, highlighting her religious and political corruption and ultimately her destruction.

Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father I ask You for judgment with mercy against those that refuse to let Your people be free. Father, expose the wrongdoing, the corruption, and the harm that politicians are perpetuating against the citizens of this nation. Give us judges that aren’t bought off with a bribe.
In the name of Our lord and savior we pray.

Our lord and savior we pray. Please forgive me of my sins against you, please come into my heart. By the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for Saving me.
