James 1:16-18 – “Do not be deceived, my beloved brothers: all good giving and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father.

And Jesus distinguished between His own will and the Father’s, yet submitted to the Father’s will (Luke 22:42;

We are just to humble ourselves and obey as “unto the Lord.” We are also told to submit ourselves to God (James 4:7).

Lesson:

Submitting to Heavenly Father involves trusting in his plan and will, even when it doesn’t align with our own desires or understanding. This can be achieved through prayer, aligning our will with his, and acknowledging his sovereignty over our lives. Here’s a more detailed explanation.Trust and Faith:
True submission to Heavenly Father is about entrusting your life to his guidance, even when you don’t understand his ways. This requires faith and a willingness to accept that he knows what’s bes
Prayer:
Regular and heartfelt prayer is a key way to connect with Heavenly Father and express your willingness to submit to his will. You can pray for specific needs, ask for guidance, and express gratitude for his blessings. 

Aligning Your Will:
Actively choosing to align your desires and actions with what you believe is Heavenly Father’s will. This may involve making difficult decisions or sacrificing personal preferences
Acknowledging His Sovereignty:
Understanding that Heavenly Father is in control and has a plan for your life. This involves recognizing his power and wisdom and trusting that he will work all things together for your go
Practical Application:
This can be seen in daily activities, such as choosing to be kind and compassionate to others, even when it’s difficult, or seeking to build a family that is grounded in the gospel of Christ
Prayer Examples:
Praying specifically to submit to his purpose for your life, asking for the Holy Spirit to reveal areas where you’re not yet submitting, or seeking the Lord’s help in aligning your heart with his will. 

Closing Prayer:Heavenly Father, I come before you with a humble heart, acknowledging that you are the source of all wisdom, power, and love. I recognize my own limitations and the potential for my will to lead me astray. 

I desire to be fully submitted to your will, to align my thoughts, desires, and actions with your divine purpose for my life. Help me to discern your will, to recognize areas where my own desires may be hindering your plans, and to make choices that honor you. 

I surrender my plans, my worries, and my fears to your care, knowing that you are always working for my good. Grant me the strength to trust in your timing and the courage to follow your leading, even when it seems unclear or difficult. 

Thank you, Father, for your unwavering love and for guiding me on the path you have prepared for me. Help me to live a life of purpose and joy, reflecting your glory in all that I do. In the name of Jesus, I pray

Our lord and savior we pray. Please forgive me of my sins against you, please come into my heart. By the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for Saving me.
