Rev.  Raynette K. Weiss and Associate Pastor Jessie K. Weiss. We are two of Our Heavenly Father’s vessels. We also obey Our Heavenly Father in what he wants us to do, we have a very good  and deep walk with him. We would like you to have that as well. Tuesday January 6, 2026.  How to pray continuously; deep study.

cultivating a constant awareness of God’s presence, integrating prayer into daily activities, and practicing intentional communication through methods like breath prayers and arrow prayers, fostering a heart of gratitude and dependence, rather than just formal, lengthy sessions, to maintain a deep, moment-by-moment relationship with Our H heavenly Father, as emphasized in scriptures like 1 Thessalonians 5:17. Make every activity an opportunity to connect by noticing details and offering them to Our Heavenly Father.  Focus on intimacy with Our Heavenly Father, like Jesus modeled, rather than specific timings or long, rote prayers. Develop a “Our Heavenly Father-ward longing” and thankfulness as your default mindset, leaning on Him all day.

Use short, simple phrases (e.g., “Lord, help me,” “Thank You, God”) repeated throughout the day, often tied to breathing.Pray before, during, and after daily tasks (walking, driving, talking) to make it natural.

Create quiet moments by turning off distractions to better listen for Our Heavenly Father’s  voice. Pray with others (collective prayer) to share the journey and support each other. Be persistent and passionate, like the persistent widow in Luke 18, showing Our Heavenly Father your deep need for His involvement.

To pray continuously is to live in constant dialogue with God, transforming ordinary moments into prayer through focused attention, simple phrases, and persistent faith, making it a way of life, not just a scheduled event.

Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father, I desire to live a life of constant communion with You, as You’ve called us to ‘pray without ceasing’. Help me to shift my focus from distractions to Your presence, making every moment a prayer.

Our lord and savior we pray, please forgive me of my sin

against you, please come into my heart. By the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me.
