Lesson:
When we talk about “stress,” we are usually referring to excessive or negative mental or emotional strain or tension. While “stress” is not specifically mentioned in the Bible, Scripture does speak to things such as anxiety, worry, and trouble—things we often associate with stress—and gives us clear answers on how we should deal with them A biblical response to stress is one that fosters dependence on Our Heavenly Father. Coming from someone who sweats the small stuff, I know this is difficult. Our Heavenly Father reminds us in His Word that we will have trials and tribulations, yet we don’t have to focus on those worries. We are called to follow Him, share His love with others, and give our worries to Him. There are various ways to help our bodies become free of stress and anxiety. Reading His Word can help us understand the need for peace and rest. It is very important to focus on Our Heavenly Father, what he says about stress and worry and anxiety. Now, things that help relieve it would be gospel music, fast or slow, and instrumental, thinking of things that are joyous. Praising the lord and all the songs that deal with it. Also spend a lot of time with Our Heavenly Father so he can help you out of your problems with stress. A lot of prayer to Our Heavenly Father helps with lowering stress as well. Having a good talk with your Heavenly Father and expressing your problems also helps.
Closing Prayer; Heavenly Father we thank you for letting us come to you about things , and we thank you for showing us the way on a lot of topics that we need to learn about. We thank you in the name of Our lord and savior.
This prayer below is also called the sinners prayer, and it gets people to
become a child of Our Heavenly Father or strengthens thier faith within him whenever they are already a child of Our Heavenly Father.
Prayer for salvation; Lord Jesus; Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior.Take
complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
