Lesson:

Being hurried is an inner condition, a condition of the soul. It means to be so preoccupied with myself and my life that I am unable to be fully present with God, with myself, and with other people. When you are always in a rush to get to something important such as a big meeting, or late for a class, even needing to get home to care for a family member who is sick or injured. It can be hard to balance all of this between having a lot of time with Your Heavenly Father.as well. Over time, this can make a big difference in your default mental state. Even if it doesn’t feel significant in the moment, the difference between a peaceful mind and a somewhat stressed mind is significant. It impacts everyone around you as well.To make rash, hasty decisions shows that you are not trusting the Lord. But when you rely totally on Our Heavenly Father, you will still act carefully and properly.

Here are some steps to take to help with having less hurrying in your life.

  1. Take a walk. …
  2. Embrace mindfulness. …
  3. Take care of important needs. …
  4. Prioritize relaxation. …
  5. Learn to recognize your limits. …
  6. Get support

Our Heavenly Father encourages us in the bible not to be in a hurry so much because whatever the task is at hand could be done incorrectly. So it is always a good idea when you are trying to accomplish many things in a short time pray to Your Heavenly Father and ask how to do each thing. He will show you in a vision of the time the order in which to do each task, or if you are on a really strong level and can hear him, he will tell you step by step.

Closing Prayer; Heavenly Father we thank you for your word today and for giving us the knowledge about how important it is not to hurry so much. We pray all who read this lesson take it to heart in thier lives, and we pray that the Holy Spirit will help them understand if they do not. In the name of Our lord and savior we pray.

This prayer below is also called the sinners prayer, and it gets people to

become a child of Our Heavenly Father or strengthens thier faith within him whenever they are already a child of Our Heavenly Father.

Prayer for salvation; Lord Jesus; Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior.Take

complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
