.Closing Prayer; Heavenly Father,
Lord, look into my heart today. Forgive me for the times my words have hurt others or repeated things that should not be said.
Put a strong guard over my mouth, God. When I feel the temptation to share a rumor or join in idle talk, stop me. Help me to pause and remember that every person is precious in Your sight.
Give me the courage to stay quiet when others gossip, or to gently turn the conversation to something kind and true. Let my words healing, grace, and peace, rather than division.
