Sermon: 

The Heavenly Father only allows something like 

that if he is trying to teach you something, or getting your attention, 

Adversity is a natural part of the mortal experience, even for a child of God. While some view hardships as a deliberate protective boundary that only opens for lessons or divine attention, others find peace in knowing that God walks with them through all of life’s unpredictable stormsthe storms and hardships of this life to gently get my attention and call me back to Your side.

Lord, when I am facing adversity, help me not to view it as punishment, but as Your classroom. Teach me the lessons You want me to learn in this season. Soften my heart so I am receptive to Your voice, and remove any pride or distractions that keep me from hearing You. When I feel weak, remind me to lean entirely on Your strength.
