We are two of Our Heavenly Father’s vessels. We also obey Our Heavenly Father in what he wants us to do, we have a very good and deep walk with him. We would like you to have that as well. Romans 3:23. Wednesday July 22, 2026.
Romans 3:23 is a well-known Bible verse that states, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. People at times make mistakes and do acts that are not of Our Heavenly Father and not part of the will he has for us. It is also how the need for grace in humanity shows. Apostle Paul explains that no one can have salvation by doing things on their own. Instead, it points out the founda for the following verse, Romans 3:24, which explains that believers are justified freely by God’s grace through redemption in Jesus Christ. Romans 3:23 lays out a universal problem: every one of us has sinned, therefore every one of us falls short of Our Heavenly Father’s expectations. We “fall short” because of us being born into a sinful nature. Sin separates us from Our Heavenly Father’s perfect, nature. Originating from the Greek word hamartanō (literally “missing the mark”), our human imperfection prevents us from matching the absolute holiness and righteousness that Our Heavenly Father requires. Only the sinless God-man can represent Our Heavenly Father to man and man to him, give His life as a ransom for those who trust in Him, and be the substitute for sinners
Closing Prayer: Heavenly Father,
I come before You in humility, acknowledging that I am not perfect. Your Word says that all have sinned and fall short of Your glory, and I recognize that this includes me. I confess the times I have missed the mark, the moments I have fallen short in my actions, thoughts, and words.
Thank You, Lord, that the story does not end in my imperfection. Thank You for Your boundless mercy and for the gift of grace through Jesus Christ. Even when I fall short, Your love covers me, and I am redeemed. Help me to walk in the freedom of that forgiveness, to extend the same grace to others, and to live each day with a heart full of gratitude for Your sacrifice.
