In a biblical sense, “political games” refer to the manipulative, strategic, and often deceitful maneuvers used by human leaders to gain or maintain power, which frequently stand in contrast to divine righteousness and the “politics of Jesus”

. While the Bible shows that engagement in public life can be righteous (as seen in Joseph or Daniel), it often portrays the “game” of politics—seeking power through compromise or oppression—as a source of corruption and a temptation to trust in human power over divine sovereignty Political games often involve the idolatry of power, where nations or leaders act as though they are supreme, forgetting that God alone is sovereigBiola University.
Political maneuvering often involves “religious thugs and charlatans” who manipulate religious or social norms for personal gain, exemplified by the Sadducees and Pharisees in Jesus’ time  A “political spirit” always requires an enemy to attack. It is more concerned with winning than solving problems, demonizing opponents, and using “scare tactics”  Satan offers Jesus the kingdoms of the world in exchange for worship, which is the ultimate political game—power without the cross The Pharisees and Herodians (Mark 12): Religious leaders try to trap Jesus with a question about paying taxes to Caesar. Jesus recognizes this as a trap and refuses to participate in their “hypocrisy,” stating, “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to Our Heavenly Father the things that are Our Heavenly Father’s” Daniel was pressured into changing his identity (name change to Belteshazzar) to fit into the Babylonian system, yet he kept his focus on Our Heavenly Father. Rather than engaging in top-down, power-based maneuvering, the Bible advocates for a different approach often called the “politics of Jesus” Jesus rejected the authoritarian “game” by washing his disciples’ feet and teaching that the greatest must be the servant of aIntegrity Over Expediency: Believers are called to engage in public life without compromising their faith, avoiding slander and dishonest tactic.Focus on the Marginalized: While human political games often cater to the powerful, biblical politics focus on justice for the poor, marginalized, and the “sojournBiola University

Note: Our Heavenly Father does not like any political games, however he does know they still go on. People that play any political games should be aware that they can severely harm another person, or many other people, and that is going against our Heavenly Father. You should also have classes on how hurtful they can be, and maybe you will slow down, may not stop, but slow down and be especially careful when doing it to people who are disabled, because as we said other times, these people are a gift from Our Heavenly Father. There are also ways to be very political without playing games. Really try and think about starting classes on how not to play political games. It is very possible to do that. Why not try doing this instead of doing the games, that way more work can get done and there will be  more peace. Plus production will increase. In the 14 years we have been here in DC we did not play any of these games, and we got a lot of work done, helped a lot of people, and had a lot of peace and joy with it. We heled all over the world not just here, and people liked us. Maybe try doing that, and maybe things may change there as well. It would also be in the will of Our Heavenly Father too.
