We are two of Our Heavenly Father’s vessels. We also obey Our Heavenly Father in what he wants us to do, we have a very good and deep walk with him. We would like you to have that as well. Friday May 1,, 2026.How to forgive and how important it is to do.
Matthew 6:14-15 (NIV): “For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”
Colossians 3:13 (NIV): “Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
Ephesians 4:31-32 (NIV): “Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
Mark 11:25 (NIV): “And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.
Isaiah 1:18 (NIV): “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool
Forgiveness is a process, not a single act. It does not mean forgetting the act or excusing the behavior Acknowledge the pain and identify who you need to forgive Accept your feelings (anger, sadness) and how they affect your behavior.Make a conscious decision to stop letting the person’s actions control your emotional state. Try to view the situation from the other person’s perspective to understand their actions (without condoning them). Actively choose to replace bitterness with compassion and understanding. Extend the same compassion to yourself for mistakes you have made. Consider talking to a professional or a trusted friend if you are stuck. Holding onto anger is akin to drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die. Forgiveness is crucial because:
It Improves Health: It reduces anxiety, stress, depression, and blood pressure : It helps you break free from the control of the person who wronged you..
It helps you find meaning in suffering and move forward . You can forgive someone without letting them back into your life. Forgiveness is a personal journey and you do not have to be ready right away.. Jesus instructed Peter to forgive not seven times, but “seventy-seven times” (or seventy times seven), emphasizing limitless forgiveness. Forgive because you have been forgiven by God (Ephesians 4:32) Replace anger, rage, and slander with kindness and tenderness (Ephesians 4:31). Similar to Jesus on the cross, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do” (Luke 23:34)
Closing Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ, I ask today to forgive everyone in my life. I know that You will give me the strength to forgive and I thank You that You love me more than I love myself and want my happiness more than I desire it for myself.
Father, I forgive YOU for the times death has come into my family, hard times, financial difficulties, or what I thought were punishments sent by You and people said “It’s God’s will,” and I became bitter and resentful towards You. Purify my heart and mind today.
Our Lord and savior we pray. Please forgive me of my sin
against you, please come into my heart. By the power of the against you, please come into my heart. By the power of the
Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me:
